Za’tar is the combination of sesame seeds, oregano, thyme, and sumac; this is sprinkled over carrot, red onion and golden beetroot, and roasted until golden. Tossed with quinoa and shredded kale, dressed with a sumac vinaigrette, garnished with crumbly feta, toasted almonds and pomegranate seeds. (GF, DFO, V, VEO, NFO)

- We require preorders for all catering items 5 days in advance.
- Please write in the comment section what date and time you will be picking up your catering, and any dietary requirements
- Our catering is served warm, sliced, dressed and ready to eat. Please specify if you are not going to eat this straight away and we can provide heating and dressing instructions. Please note pickups by 3pm.
