A new favourite on the menu at Punnet, this succulent seared lamb is designed to pair beautifully with all our salad options.
Korean-Indian fusion marinated lamb shoulder, seared over a high heat to char and cooked to medium rare. Served sliced, with a yoghurt dressing, pickled shallots and microgreens (GF,NF).
Full sized meats serve 8-10, based off 1kg of meat
Half sized meats serve 4-6, based off 500g of meat
- We require preorders for all catering items 5 days in advance.

- Our catering is served warm, sliced, dressed and ready to eat. Please specify if you are not going to eat this straight away and we can provide heating and dressing instructions. Please note pickups by 3pm.
