Our Vietnamese Style Noodle Slaw is a crowd favourite, known for its vibrant, tangy flavours and fresh, crisp textures. This zesty salad is a staple at Punnet, forming the base of our famous pork belly salad, and is sure to bring a refreshing twist to any meal.
Shredded red cabbage, pickled carrot, rice noodles, mint and coriander. Tossed together with a tangy nuoc cham dressing and garnished with crispy shallots and roasted peanuts.
